Welcome to Union Gadgets, your UK-based destination for premium mobile accessories. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website and services and form a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and us (Union Gadgets).

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make a purchase.
2. Product Information & Availability
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, packaging, or branding may occur. Availability is subject to change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)
- Payments are securely processed via SSL encrypted payment gateways.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received in full.
4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, a shipment notification with tracking information will follow. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of:
- Pricing or listing errors
- Fraud or suspicion of fraudulent activity
- Stock unavailability
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all in-stock orders within 2–3 business days. Tracking details will be sent to your registered email once your order has shipped.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of return receipt.
Exceptions:
- Products that have been used, or damaged post-delivery may not qualify for a refund.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you’ll be responsible for return shipping charges.
8. Damages in Transit
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If your package is visibly damaged, note it upon delivery and contact us immediately at 📧 returns@uniongadgets.co.uk with photographs. We will initiate a replacement if applicable.
9. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse the site, upload malicious code, or violate any UK laws while using our service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
By placing an order, you agree to our use of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Your data is securely handled and never sold to third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
Union Gadgets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
