Return and Refund Policy

At Union Gadgets, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, clear and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Used or damaged items are not eligible unless they are faulty. Return requests made beyond the 14-day window may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photos or videos to verify the issue. Once approved, a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@uniongadgets.co.uk with your order number
  2. Wait for return approval and follow the provided shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely and post it using a tracked shipping method

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please contact customer support, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
